A real estate transaction coordinator is a certified professional who assists in the drafting of contractual documents, communicates with escrow officers (title company/closing attorney), as well as organizes and manages the dispersion of funds throughout a real estate transaction.
A transaction coordinator is especially helpful for those who aren't familiar with contractual law, aren't familiar with real estate transactions in general, do not have the time to verify/vet documents, or are doing multiple deals/complex deals that need more attention.

The Better Buyers have exclusive access to different types of funding such as: transactional costs, earnest money down, closing costs, GAP lending, construction costs, DSCR loans, and other Private Money and Hard Money lending types.
These are often for-profit, private money lenders within our exclusive community of lenders. Each lender will have different requirements and specifications. These are mostly dependent on the property deal itself.
We cannot guarantee acceptance of any funds.
All of the fee's associated with the transaction are often added into the total assignment fee at closing.
Fee's are paid to our acquisition team, in accordance with expected profit margins.
Additional fee's are paid to our transaction coordination team, often before the transaction enters escrow.
Separate fee's will be paid to third-party private lenders at closing.
